Home is located in a very quiet, residential neighborhood 10 mins from downtown Minneapolis and uptown/lakes. There is a bike path on street that leads directly to downtown and there is bus service a few blocks away. Target/Aldi/Cub 1/2 mile walk. Many restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. There are parks on both ends of the block, with tennis courts, ball fields and walking paths at park to the north. House has large backyard with a patio and fire ring. Lower level has separate entry via driveway/backyard. Parking is on street in front of house but driveway parking is available during snow emergencies. Kitchen has oven, microwave, disposal, diswasher and breakfast nook. Secure storage available in garage and storage area of basement.
