Room in House Near U of M and River - Prospect Park
There is potentially a choice of rooms as a current guy is interested in changing rooms to the bigger room. I am asking either $575 or $625 for the rooms but would consider reasonable offers as well. For the master bedroom it is $625. For the red... room it is $575.
Utilities are $50/mo.
Internet is $20/mo.
There is a room open now or October 1st 2024, mid-October, or Nov 1st The duration of the rental period is negotiable to me. A month-to-month agreement is fine but I would prefer someone to thru May or at least a semester or even longer.
I am open to negotiations as well. Let me know what you're looking for.

It is a 10 minute walk to the U of M east bank campus and Stadium Village. There are also grocery stores and a Target about 1.5 miles away. The Seward Co-op is just across the bridge. It is on a bus route as well (#8). The house overlooks the Mississippi River, above Bridal Veil Falls, just off of East River Parkway in the Prospect Park neighborhood. It is less than a mile to campus. There is also off-street parking, high-speed wireless internet (shared). Lease is negotiable. Utilities are $50/mo. Security deposit is $500.00
