Portland Ave House looking for 1 Roommate!

Very cute 6-bedroom, 2 bathroom upper unit on Portland Ave. 1.5 blocks from campus, 5 minute walk to the library, 10 minute walk to south campus max. Street parking available through a permit purchased through the city, was $25 this year and spots... are always open. Extremely responsive landlord - will get back to us within the same day if not sooner. Female attendant preferred, there will be 5 females resigning. Living room, dining room, and kitchen are all furnished. A/C. Free laundry in the basement shared with lower unit, lots of storage space in the basement.

Current residents are all driven students who will be seniors next year. We love to hang out together, watching Reality TV, and sometimes go on casual runs together! We enjoy having fun on the weekends but focus on our studies as well. We all have different majors across most of the colleges at UST!
