Men's Household in St. Paul

I am a 3L law student at UST law and am looking for someone to take a spot (or up to 2 spots) in a household of Christian men in St. Paul, MN. Some of us are in school and some of us are working full time with a range of ages between 22-32. By August... the oldest guys may be gone and our age range would then be between 22 and 26 with at least one UST undergraduate student included in the mix. Start date is flexible between 6/1/2025 and 9/1/2025 until filled as a few people are moving out on different dates. We have required weekly chores to keep things neat or you can opt to pay $25 towards a maid service instead. Two bathrooms, some window AC units, dishwasher and in house laundry. I have lived here all three years of law school and recommend it. It is about 12 minutes by car to the UST St. Paul campus and 18 minutes - 23 minutes from the Minneapolis Campus. 928 Westminster St. St. Paul, MN 55130 is the address. $623.84 rent per month plus shared utilities ranging from $40-$115 (average of $80 per month per person). Flexible leasing options and even a potential to rent a suite of two rooms (1 shared legal bedroom and one library space) with a friend for a steep discount.
