Dining room with lots of windows and seating for 8. Living room with two comfortable sofas, gas fireplace, and large Smart TV with Hulu Live, Disney Plus, Netflix, PBS Passport. All utilities including 1GB high-speed wifi. Beautiful, private outdoor space with two decks and patio. Two blocks from the Mississippi River Parkway for easy access to biking and hiking paths. Only 8 blocks to Saint Paul campus. Private attached garage. On and off-street parking. Four blocks to bus and 8 blocks to green line. This is a private home. Owner will be traveling February-April which allows for this temporary rental. Additional guests in the house are a U. of M. professor on the Upper Level and a strings musician on the Lower Level. Flexible move-in and move-out. Rate per week is $800. Rate per month is $2400.

Damage deposit of $1000 required. Final cleaning fee of $200 required.
