Closet across from bathroom. Shower, ceramic heated floor and stacked laundry (washer and dryer). Linens provided.

Outdoor space in large, private backyard and front deck. High-speed fiber wifi, smart TV includes Netflix, Disney Plus, and other streaming services. New carpeting in living room and bedroom. Ceramic tile in entry, bathroom, and kitchenette. Space to store bike in garage.

Plentiful on-street parking. Driveway accommodates 4 cars plus an attached double car garage so lots of options if snow emergency.

Owner lives on main level; Professor lives on upper level. Mail with any questions. Final month rent is required to reserve. Damage deposit of $200 and final cleaning fee of $200 along with first month rent is required at move-in.
